Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free to your home or business anywhere in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

How long will my order take?

Most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 1-5 business days. Shipping is usually by UPS Ground or USPS.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US?

Shipping outside the lower 48 states is available on request. Email us at Help@epicart.com with your shipping address for an exact quote. International orders may be subject to customs fees and duties, depending on your country.

Returns and guarantee

What if I am not happy with my art?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can ship it back to us for a refund within 30 days of your order. Please see our Refund policy for the full details, including return shipping.

What if my art arrives damaged or is wrong?

If something arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or we shipped the wrong item, let us know and we will send you a replacement right away at no cost to you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or change your order before it ships. Email us at Help@epicart.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been picked up by the carrier we can't cancel it, and you would need to return it for a refund.

Our products

What is your art printed on?

Our wall art is printed on the back of high-gloss, clear acrylic glass, which gives the image depth and vibrant color. Acrylic won't shatter like glass if it ever falls, and it is easy to clean. Our prints are made in the USA.

What sizes are available?

Sizes are listed in inches on each product page and vary by artwork. Common sizes include 12x16, 16x24 and 24x36, and square artworks come in sizes such as 12x12, 24x24 and 36x36. Need something else? We can print custom sizes up to 4 ft by 8 ft; see Custom Art.

How do I hang it?

Your art arrives ready to hang with a mounted hanging plate on the back. Larger sizes come with standoffs to attach to the wall.

How do I clean it?

Simply dust it off or use a damp, soft cloth.

Can you print my own photo or add text?

Yes. We print your photos, artwork or text on acrylic glass and can restore old or low-resolution photos. Visit Custom Art or email Help@epicart.com.
