Collection: Mark Lague

Mark is an award-winning painter in both Canada and in the U.S. He has been drawing since childhood and practices constantly to this day. He earned his degree in design at Montreal's Concordia University. From there, he worked in the animation industry as a background designer and art director. On the side, he's been receiving international acclaim for his watercolor painters via competitions, juried shows, and solo exhibitions. He switched from watercolor to oil and took the plunge as a full-time painter. He paints realism in any subject matter and simplifies it to get the very essence of what he paints. Mark has been featured in national, art magazines and "continues to receive international recognition for his distinctive style of painting!"
